There have been a number of instances in which the JRun Service stops whenever a Windows NT user logs off the server. This limitation has now been addressed.

All users will need to upgrade to the latest version of Java Runtime Environment 1.3.1 (JRE 1.3.1). For additional information and to download JRE 1.3.1 click here.

ProjectWise 3.1 users using JRun 3.0 must download Service Pack 2 (SP2). For additional information click here. To download Service Pack 2 click here.

For ProjectWise 3.1 users running Jrun 3.0 with SP2 log into the Java Management console go to Jrun Default Server/Java Settings/Java Executable. Set this to C:\PROGRA~1\JavaSoft\JRE\132E6D~1.1\bin\dontdiejava.exe. Repeat this process for the Admin server. See Figure 1.

For ProjectWise 3.2 users running JRun 3.02, log into the Java Management console, go to Jrun Default Server/Java Settings/Java Arguments and add -Xrs in the input field. Repeat this process for the Admin server. See Figure 2.
