Note: 91-125 were initially "blocked" off for third party apps etc.. for any element types that they created for their own apps. Over time, MicroStation has dipped into those element types for its additional element types such as Named Groups etc...
This information can also be obtained from the mselems.h file which is located in the \bentley\program\MicroStation\mdl\include directory. This document however does not contain the entire list of element types.
