Here you will find a variety of information related to your specific account, including Service Tickets you may have initiated (either via phone or through the web). This is an excellent way to manage your communications with Bentley Technical Support.
Service Ticket Manager
Open a new Service Ticket or monitor the status of your own or your entire company's Service Tickets. You can review worknotes added to the incident by our staff, or update the incident yourself for our input. A variety of search tools are also available that can let you narrow in on a specific solution that was answered in the past.
Permissions
If you are the SELECT Administrator at your site, this is where you would go to view all the users at your site and view or edit their permission levels. A list of the site administrators is also provided for general users, so you can view who you need to contact about your current permission levels.
Personal Profile
Maintain your personal information in Bentley's database. Some of the information that can be changed includes online password, e-mail address, phone number and Technical Support information.

Subscribe for free to Bentley's publications and get the latest product and industry news delivered to your inbox. This is an excellent way of keeping up to date on the topics in which you are interested, as well as to stay abreast of important support updates and information.
License Tool
Upgrade your current MicroStation license to a new MicroStation V8 license. The License Tool can also be used to request a Home Use license, and a variety of other tasks by your Site Administrator.
