Description:
Cell names
The nested cell has a 4-digit number, the 2D plan cell has the suffix -2D, for instance 2703-2D, while the 3D cell has the suffix -3, e.g. 2703-3.
Colors
Using the standard MicroStation color table ‘color.tbl’, individual components within cells are on different colors, which approximate the actual material color as much as possible.
Levels
The level names are based on the US CAD level standard. The entire cell is on one level, but cell components have different colors to allow mapping of rendering properties based on level/color combination
Dimensions
Although all cells are based on metric dimensions, they can be placed in imperial files, too, with the ‘true scale’ option in the cell placement command, however, the description always indicates the metric dimensions.
Surfaces
All curved surfaces are meshed elements.
